These terms and conditions apply to any private tuition advertisers on Home Tutors Directory. Please take the time to read the terms and conditions outlined below. They are there to protect yourself and us.
Agreement Between You And Tutorve.com
1. PARTIES
This agreement is made between Tutorve.com (referred to in this agreement as “us” or “we”) and you the user. Your use of this site is conditional on you accepting these terms and conditions, and your continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of them.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THIS WEBSITE
The purpose of this website is to allow parents and students to contact home and online tutors and to view their details that they post here. We are not an employment agency. We will not vet or check qualifications or the contents of any details posted.
You are free to use this site as long as that use is reasonable and is not an abuse of the site. “Abuse” includes, but is not limited to, breach of these terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your use of this site without notice if we believe (in our sole discretion) that your use of it is unreasonable or abusive.
4. PRIVACY
4.1. If you collect personal information about someone, you are responsible for obtaining any permissions, licences or authorities to entitle you to do so, including compliance with any statutory requirements including the Data Protection Act 1998.

8.1 If you are advertising as a Tutor then any profile picture you upload must be an image of yourself. If you are advertising as a group, tuition agency or learning centre then you may opt to upload a profile picture of your business logo or similar promotional image. Tutor listings for up to 2 listings is free.
We retain the right to remove pictures or files without prior warning that we deem to be in contravention of 8.1 above.
9. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for direct, indirect, consequential, or any other form of damage that may be suffered by you through the use of this site, including the loss of data or information. We do not guarantee that this site is free of viruses, worms, or any other form of harmful components. We do not guarantee employment being offered.
10. TERMINATION AND VARIATION OF USE
10.1. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to vary the features of this site and these terms of use at any time.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your use of this site and delete all or any information or data that you have posted to it at any time. 10.3 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, not to process or publish advertisements from users who wish to advertise their tuition service on this website whose terms of service and fees are, in our opinion, not fair, or clear to users of our website or are contrary to the Nigerian law. It is your responsibility as an advertiser on this website to make sure that any fees that you charge your users are both lawful and clear. Any breach of this rule may lead us to terminate your use of this site.
